Fast and Easy to Use:

Step 1:

Simply pull the spring pins to adjust both the upper and lower limbs of the device to fit your body height and width.

Accommodate for the width of your torso and the space between your under arms by adjusting the top limbs of the device up and down, modifying the distance between the pads.

Adjust the bottom limbs of the device up and down to accommodate for your height in a “seated” position (foot to knee height).

Step 2:

Once the device has been adjusted to fit, slowly lower your body from a standing position into the Head Up® device until in a “seated” position.

The goal is to have your legs forming a 90° angle at the knee, your thighs parallel to the floor with the top device pads tucked comfortably under your arms.
