Head Up® LLC Shipping & Returns Policy

All Head Up® Spinal Decompression Devices are manufactured upon order. 

Current order fulfillment time is between 4 and 6 weeks. 

Requests for refunds, returns, and cancellations can be submitted and are reviewed on a case by case basis. 
Upon receiving and inspecting your order, please contact us immediately at info@HeadUpSpine.com with any issues, or evidence of a damaged or defective device, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

I. Fulfillment

Head Up® LLC utilizes a manufactured to order business service model for the device, therefore it is not created or assembled until ordered.  

Please allow 4-6 weeks for the manufacturing and fulfillment of all Head Up® LLC orders in addition to the estimated shipping times.

II. Shipping

Head Up® LLC  currently only ships within the United States. 

Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping on orders from Head UP LLC at time of purchase.

Head Up® LLC partners with carriers like USPS, FedEx, DPD, and DHL for all shipping services.

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days.

Shipping times are dependent on the carrier, fulfillment availability, and the delivery destination. 

III. Returns

To initiate a return, contact us at info@HeadUpSpine.com. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

IV. Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified with the status of your return and refund request eligibility. If approved, the order subtotal will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment within 10 business days of approval notification. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since being notified of your approved return, please contact us at info@HeadUpSpine.com immediately.

V. Eligibility

1. Time Frame for Requests

Requests for refunds and returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.

2. Condition of Products

To be eligible for a return under the 30 day money back guarantee, your item must be in pristine condition and in its original packaging.

We ask that customers allow a time frame of 4-6 weeks to receive the order from the order placement date.
